Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear and intimate apparel
• Customized or altered products
• Items marked final sale

3. Process

1. Submit a request with your order ID and reason.
2. Pack the item securely; include tags and invoice.
3. We arrange pickup or share a drop-off address.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after quality check. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective.

5. Exchanges

Size or color exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we will process a refund or offer store credit.
